Atragene组

The Atragene Group consists mostly of varieties developed through hybridization between *C. alpina* (Alpine Clematis), which grows in alpine tundra and is distributed in regions such as China (northeast), 北朝鲜 (northern part), Siberia, and North America, and *C. macropetala* (Long-petaled Clematis). These cultivars are easy to cultivate, have low maintenance requirements, and are among the most cold-hardy clematis varieties.
